The host country of the 2010 FIFA World Cup will be well supported on the football field. However, will this new world producer get the same support about their wines?

Mexico is the only country to host 2 FIFA World Cup finals. As a wine producing nation, it is not one automatically think of. However, they do have many wine regions and will be interesting to see the suggestions from Mexico.
Uraguay

The forth largest wine producing country in South America could produce an upset in this group. Uruguay’s wine may be able replicate the past glories of their football team’s 2 wins of the FIFA World Cup.
France
