Germany has won the FIFA World Cup 3 times. They hosted the last event in 2006. In wine terms too they are a powerhouse who could win the World Cup of Wine.
Australia

This is the 3rd appearance for Australia in the FIFA World Cup. They are not one of the favorites to win the football title, but in the World Cup of Wine they will be expected to do well.
Serbia

This is Serbia’s first appearance in the FIFA World Cup, however in the last world cup they qualified as Serbia & Montenegro. Similar to Slovenia, this part of the world has a long wine production history. Will they find a wine to win the World Cup of Wine?

Ghana will be representing the African continent with pride at the 2010 FIFA World Cup. In the World Cup of Wine however they may struggle with just palm wine to offer.
